Shane Williams could be in contention for selection for the Rugby World Cup Round 4 Pool D clash with Fiji at the Waikato Stadium on Sunday and fellow injury victims Dan Lydiate and James Hook remain on course to return should Wales progress to the quarter-final stage of the New Zealand-based tournament.

Ystrad Mynach Netball Club receives donation from Brace’s Bakery

Ystrad Mynach Netball Club has received a kit donation from Crumlin-based company Brace’s Bakery.

The team, established in 1980, had managed to raise £1,000 for the new kit last season, but the company they ordered from went bust and they lost the cash.
