The RSPCA is investigating the deaths of two cats after the animals drank anti-freeze. The cats, both eight-months-old, belonged to the same owner from Brithdir near New Tredegar. |

A police crackdown in Caerphilly County Borough saw 110 motorists prosecuted for speeding. Officers on patrol in Risca, Ystrad Mynach, Blackwood and Rhymney arrested two wanted people and an illegal immigrant as well as seizing five vehicles without insurance. |

Hengoed youth club celebrates first anniversary
