Caerphilly Council to charge for wheelie bins & bulk waste
Caerphilly County Borough Council is to introduce charges for new wheelie bins and bulk waste collections. A service charge of £15 for the collection of between one and three bulky household items, such as sofas, and £20 for the collection of four to six items will now apply. |
