Caerphilly Council warns of £75 fines for dropping gum
Residents have been warned by Caerphilly County Borough Council they face a £75 fine for dropping chewing gum. The council’s “War on Gum” is part of a national crackdown by the Chewing Gum Action Group (CGAG), aimed at reducing the amount of chewing gum litter on streets and pavements. |
