Caerphilly town residents can go back to school to get fit

St Martin’s Comprehensive School in Caerphilly has opened its doors to the local community so that residents can use the school’s pool and fitness facilities outside of school hours.
As well as enjoying swimming sessions, fitness fans can join classes such as Abs Blast, Kids Street Dance, Leg, Bums & Tums, Latino Fit and Pilates.
