New petrol station planned for Sainsbury’s Pontllanfraith

Sainsbury’s in Pontllanfraith is to get a new petrol station – the supermarket chain has announced.
The existing petrol station will close on January 3 2012 when improvement work will begin. The new petrol station, opening in March, will have a new forecourt and a larger service kiosk as well as an additional pump to reduce customer waiting times.
Marina Blythe, Sainsbury’s Project Manager said: “This is the first stage of our exciting improvement work on the Pontllanfraith store. We apologise for any inconvenience during the work, but look forward to welcoming customers to the new improved petrol station, in March.”
