Caerphilly pub assault leaves man with head injuries

A 47-year-old man was taken to hospital with head injuries after he was assaulted at the Piccadilly pub in Caerphilly town.
Gwent Police is appealing for information after the incident on Friday October 12 at about 1am.
Police said the victim suffered head injuries and was taken to Cardiff’s University of Wales Hospital for treatment. He has since been released.
