Man threatened pair with a knife at Risca railway station

Police are looking for a man who threatened a couple in Risca.

Gwent Police were called at about 2.10pm today (Saturday December 20) to the car park of Risca railway station to reports of a man with a knife threatening a man and a woman.

Police attended and found the couple who were uninjured but distressed following the incident.

A large number of officers remain in the area searching for the suspect.
